Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our portfolio of hotels. Working closely with the Area Director, Field Marketing, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing tactics. Your responsibilities will include managing website updates, coordinating paid media campaigns, and overseeing content audits to maximize the visibility and profitability of our properties.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising.
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience is preferred.
Core Work Activities:
Develop and implement hotel marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage website updates, content audits, and paid media campaigns to enhance property visibility.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment with brand and local marketing efforts.
Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Serve as a liaison between property and external partners to execute SEO strategies effectively.
Communicate program details and updates to key stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to Marketing Coordinators for successful execution of marketing initiatives.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
