We're in search of a dedicated and proactive Field Marketing Manager with a passion for building relationships and executing high-impact events that drive business outcomes.
As our Field Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead our field marketing strategy, focusing on offline relationship building, event management, and strategic partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in capitalizing on relationships and creating memorable experiences that amplify brand awareness and drive demand. We're looking for a versatile marketer who can seamlessly transition between strategy, operations, and hands-on execution across various event formats.
What are we looking for:
- Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive market penetration.
- Conference and Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, including trade shows, conferences, and meetups. This includes sourcing events, negotiating with vendors, and managing all logistical aspects. This also includes collaborating with the sales team to identify target events and maximize ROI, leading the planning, execution, and follow-up of conferences and trade shows, and producing Agora meetups and conferences.
- Podcast Management: Run the company podcast, including hosting, operations, guest management, recording, and execution.
- Webinars and Online Events: Plan and execute webinars, virtual summits, and online events, ensuring seamless coordination and high engagement.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with event vendors and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Content Development: Create and manage the production of localized content, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and blogs, to support field marketing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with necessary tools and materials to support their conferences and events efforts, including region-specific presentations, case studies, and other collateral.
- Budget Management: Oversee the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B tech or real estate investment management company.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support marketing activities.
