ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute creative field marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads through a variety of channels, including events, partnerships, and direct outreach
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of enthusiastic marketing representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and drive brand awareness
Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand our reach and create new marketing opportunities
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve targets
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and team management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team, driving them to achieve and exceed their goals
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of audiences
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships
- Experience in event planning and management is a plus
