Field Marketing Manager - Dreamstyle Remodeling

The Field Marketing Manager focuses on meeting and exceeding appointment and demo goals for events, retail, and canvassing programs at Dreamstyle Remodeling. This role involves tracking and measuring face-to-face marketing results and managing Brand Ambassadors in the field to optimize outcomes for both companies.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Brand Ambassadors to meet campaign goals.
• Manage event logistics, including booking, staffing, and results tracking.
• Develop programs with the marketing team to drive appointments.
• Conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews with direct reports.
• Motivate event and retail staff to achieve personal goals.
• Verify timely and accurate CRM entries.
• Track and analyze daily team results.
• Provide event and campaign summaries to the marketing team.
• Develop and lead door-to-door canvassing programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field marketing or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP.
• Experience in managing events and developing marketing programs.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead setting policies.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and foster a positive work environment
