JOB SUMMARY
Develops and executes promotional and sales events designed to increase brand awareness and sales. Supports Field Marketing Manager with leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate brand ambassador team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists headquarters in implementing marketing plans and campaigns in line with the organization's broader sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborates with field marketing teams to boost in-market retail performance and sales velocity, with a particular focus on supporting third-party retailers.
- Coordinates sales promotion logistics and actively advocates for brand interests.
- Develops efficient methods for disseminating promotional information to clients.
- Monitors and evaluates sales promotion performance.
- Provides staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
- Plans and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
- Oversees Human Resources/Employee Relations issues, payroll processing, and administrative duties within assigned region.
- Monitors Brand Ambassador performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Schedules Field team for in-market activities.
- Onboards & trains new field representatives.
- Responsible for management of Team Leads.
- Leads crisis resolution as necessary.
- Regularly leads and directs the work of other employees.
- Makes recommendations for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations carrying significant weight.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of a specific team within the department.
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in handling team tasks and challenges.
- Primarily engaged as a supervisor, the worker actively contributes to the management of the enterprise by assisting in employee training, assigning job duties, and participating in determining changes in employee status, while also adhering to established management policies, addressing disciplinary matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 1 or more years of experience (Level 1) 3 or more years of experience (Level 2).
- Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
