Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring all work is completed according to plan and meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and feedback as necessary.
- Handle customer relations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, budget, and other relevant information to senior management.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective use.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on home restoration.
- Proven experience in customer relations, with a track record of resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
