We are seeking a skilled and proactive On-Site Technical Software Engineering Expert to join our team and work directly with a large customer in Ft. Worth, TX. This role involves providing on-site technical support for the deployment and maintenance of our customers engineering solutions in collaboration with Lynx Software Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates that have embedded software consulting or field engineering experience are deeply desired.

1. On-Site Support and Deployment:
· Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer on-site in Ft. Worth, TX.
· Assist with the installation, configuration, and rollout of our customers engineering solutions using Lynx Software.
· Ensure smooth integration of Lynx Software products with existing systems and
· processes.
2. Technical Troubleshooting and Support:
· Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to our customers
· engineering solutions.
· Work closely with the customer’s engineering and IT teams to address and resolve
· complex problems.
· Document and escalate issues as needed, collaborating with Lynx Software’s internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
3. Customer Training and Guidance:
· Deliver training sessions and workshops to customer staff to enhance their understanding and use of Lynx Software and our customers engineering solutions.
· Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
· Act as a liaison between the customer and Lynx Software Technologies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
· Provide regular updates to both the customer and internal Lynx Software teams on project status, issues, and milestones.
5. Continuous Improvement:
· Collect feedback from the customer and identify opportunities for improvement in the deployment and support processes.
· Contribute to the development of best practices and process enhancements for future engagements.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
· Extensive experience with technical support, system integration, and software deployment.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel and work on-site at the customer’s location in Ft. Worth, TX.
Desired Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of Lynx Software products.
· Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, AADL)
· Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and open architectures (OMS, FACE)
