Job Title: Field Implementation Technician I
Job Location: Remote - New York or New Jersey based
Compensation: $34-$37per hour
Position Overview
IPA is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to join our team, responsible for installing and executing our innovative scrub and linen automation solutions for clients across the country. This highly visible role involves onsite equipment setup, troubleshooting, and client training, ensuring a seamless integration of our technology to maximize client success. Partnering closely with Project Management and Sales, you’ll serve as IPA's primary onsite representative, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, network, and configure automation solutions onsite
- Train clients on best practices for scrub and linen management
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for escalated technical issues
- Represent IPA with a strong focus on customer service and successful project execution
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Relevant technical experience may substitute for formal education (3+ years required if no degree)
- Solid technical knowledge and customer-facing experience; Salesforce familiarity is a plus
- Proven background in customer service with multitasking and time management skills

- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networking issues
Work Schedule / Position Status
- Monday to Friday, Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Requires extensive travel (reset days provided)
- Must live near a major airport for ease of travel
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
- Visual and hearing acuity required for job functions.
