Field Flooring Coordinator - Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Field Flooring Coordinator in Holly Springs, NC. The Field Flooring Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that flooring installation jobs meet industry, manufacturer, and company standards. This position is responsible for overseeing a designated geographical area with multiple builders and subdivisions. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flooring installation processes in an assigned geographical area.
• Respond to and resolve installation-related inquiries from builders, crews, and homeowners.
• Ensure all installations are completed to industry, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, scheduling, and service departments to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Measure job sites and evaluate job readiness as required.
• Consistently follow up with crews and builders to ensure work meets expected standards and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners post-closing to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the construction or flooring industry.
• Knowledge of construction processes and flooring installation techniques.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong sense of urgency to address and resolve issues quickly, avoiding delays in the project schedule.
• Basic proficiency with computers and mobile technology, including iPads and iPhones.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with builders and homeowners.
