We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills in field engineering, EM-385, and OSHA-30. As a Permanent Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing a diverse range of engineering projects, ensuring that the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and execute field engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including EM-385 and OSHA-30.
3. Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments, safety plans, and quality control measures.
4. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and clients.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including any challenges, achievements, and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field engineering.
3. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including EM-385 and OSHA-30.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in using various software applications and tools for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
8. Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
