Day to Day Work:
As a Field Engineer 3, you will perform activitiesassociated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicingcomputer-related products, including but not limited to desktop & laptopcomputers, printers, standard software, and/or depot locations. This is ajourneyman position for the typical desk side support technician. You will bedirected by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script using standard methods,techniques, and tools. You will also apply personal knowledge to resolveproduct support issues that could not be addressed by service desk. Yourassignments will range in complexity from troubleshooting and repair includingreloading and re-imaging of PCs/laptops. Occasional assistance with the serverand/or network teams may be required, under direct instruction from thoseteams.

Provides support for software, hardware and networkingsupport for desktops, laptops Installsand maintains PCs and associated software, Performs installs, moves, adds andchanges as required Provides follow-upon problems or escalation. Maintains a high degree of professionalism inactions, demeanor and dress. Insures customer satisfaction throughout theservice delivery transaction. Ensures client specific Service Level Agreementsare met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within theticketing system Provides support for software, hardware and networking supportfor desktops, laptops Installs andmaintains PCs and associated software, and peripherals Performs installs, moves, adds and changes asrequired Provides follow-up on problems or escalation. Maintains a high degreeof professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. Insures customersatisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. Ensures clientspecific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets areupdated accordingly within the ticketing system Experience with Windows10/11and Mac OSx 12.6 or later is a requirement.
