Overview
Responsibilities include review and gathering project specific details to create a customized scope of work order to submit to the appropriate third-party vendor in accordance with Telecom solution needs. Processing all third-party vendor field dispatches to take care of surveys for professional installations, service extensions, and feet on the ground technical assistance.
Job Responsibilities
Submits and oversees all third-party vendor communications and communicates between internal teams to ensure proper technician procurement is being handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure the technician checks in and out and addresses any technician issues by escalating accordingly back to the tech shop vendor involved. Will handle their own order workload with standard, sensitive orders/high profile orders/ project orders. Attend activation calls, outside Sales, and Project Management calls for new deployments as needed to listen to plans when third party vendor work is being ordered. Be able to answer questions regarding BCN process. Coordinator will engage with directly with sales, end users as needed for any clarification needed post information gathering.
Coordinator to review all vendor invoices related to Field Dispatch for Provisioning related events, apply time & materials or project charge to customer’s account. Validate and clear all invoices to Carrier Cost team for invoice payment. Submit disputes to Carrier Cost team as needed.
Create customer facing project quote with specialized pricing from the third-party vendor quote.
Role Requirements
- Individual must be detail orientated and able to follow up efficiently.
- Individual must be a self-starter and a team player.
- Have a think outside the box mentality.
- Individual must possess above average written & verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills required, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Advanced Telecom knowledge of voice & data preferred.
- Ability to project manage is a plus.
