As a Field Architect, you will bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and align with design intent. You will be the on-site representative, providing technical guidance, addressing challenges, and collaborating closely with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and building codes.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Address and resolve design and construction issues in real time.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate updates and field observations to the design team and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability goals.
• Document field activities, including daily reports, photos, and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including fieldwork during construction phases.
• Proficiency in construction documents, codes, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Licensed Architect (preferred).
