About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is hiring an experienced field application engineer in Seattle, Washington.
This is a remote job with 30% travel within the U.S.
Bilingual- English and Mandarin a plus
Please note, we are looking to hire someone with Server experience/ required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Engage with customers, internal product
development, and sales teams.
· Lead the technical aspects during the product
development of new projects in the sales cycle.
· Provide a technical sales perspective to support
development and implementation, and communicate with the R&D team at
headquarters.
· Prepare materials and participate in product
presentations, including the action item tracker.
· Build relationships and offer customer support
by providing information related to quality issues.
· Work closely with the sales team to support
cross-strategies and propose products to customers.
· Drive the renewal of the technical tracker from
the R&D and PM teams and update the customer.
· Global time zone conference calls and travel
will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or
thermal engineering or similar.
