Ultimate Staffing is hiring a bilingual Mandarin electrical engineer in La Verne.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers, internal product development, and sales teams.
- Lead the technical aspects during the product development of new projects in the sales cycle.
- Provide a technical sales perspective to support development and implementation, and communicate with the R&D team at headquarters.
- Prepare materials and participate in product presentations, including the action item tracker.
- Build relationships and offer customer support by providing information related to quality issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to support cross-strategies and propose products to customers.
- Drive the renewal of the technical tracker from the R&D and PM teams and update the customer.
- Global time zone conference calls and travel will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering or similar.
- Experience with thermal solution products, including fans/blowers, cold plates, liquid cooling, passive systems, and electromechanical components.
- A minimum of two years of proven experience providing technical sales support throughout product development.
- Experience in cloud servers, data centers, or new energy OEM industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of international business is essential practice.
SKILLS:
- Ability to effectively communicate between engineering and sales departments within a business.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to identify problems and find solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
