About the Job
Our client is seeking a Paralegal to support their Fiduciary Litigations Department.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Draft various legal documents and pleadings
- Handle discovery requests and responses
- Manage document organization and electronic retrieval
- Prepare for court appearances and assist in filing court documents
- Develop pleadings binders and participate in strategy conferences
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Perform document management in litigation matters
- Track deadlines for various legal tasks
- Must have 5+ years experience in fiduciary matters and probate litigation
- Highly organized and efficient paralegal with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Probate & Family Court
- Preferred experience with Superior Court rules
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days
