As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinical services. You will ensure the highest standards of patient care, lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and laboratory staff.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Manage patient feedback and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan RN license, without limitations. BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in women's health.
- Minimum of 2 years (included in the 4 years experience) in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations relative to an infertility practice.
- Knowledge and experience with strategies of nursing management and human resources management.
- Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
- Resourceful and well-organized.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
- Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
- Capability to establish credibility and be decisive – but be able to recognize and support the Practice’s preferences and priorities.
