• Oversee Production Operations: Manage all aspects of production and operations, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgetary goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the operations team to maximize productivity and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate work crews for residential, commercial, and industrial fencing projects.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement innovative practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor inventory levels and maintain tools and equipment for optimal functionality.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customers to address any concerns or updates during the project lifecycle.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve challenges that arise in daily operations.

• Experience: Proven 5+ years of experience in similar operations or production management roles within fencing, construction, or related industries.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster growth and collaboration.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fencing materials, equipment, and installation techniques preferred (willing to train on company processes).
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to occasionally lift and move materials as needed.
