HPE's Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) leads the technology vision and roadmap for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with a particular focus on research and development in key emerging technologies. OCTO is also responsible for the design, development, and product portfolio for HPE's north star, our next generation cloud platform, HPE GreenLake.

What you'll do:
HPE OCTO Program Management Office, (PMO), is responsible for the program management and operationalization of all programs focused on our Edge to Cloud as a service portfolio. The PMO works closely with multiple teams on defining and delivering HPE's transformational strategy to become the Edge to Cloud company, working with customers and partners to develop cloud-like experience wherever our customers and their data need it. This dynamic team works on strategic and cutting-edge technology projects, managing resource capabilities, schedules, budgets and ensuring cross company communication to facilitate product or project completion efficiently, on schedule and within budget. Role and Responsibilities
Provides support and/or lead teams through the secure software defined development process and implementation of compliance
certifications such as FIPS validation and FedRAMP. Manage compliance engineering activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with the CTO PMO and engineering management to identify and improve cyber security processes and program efficiencies.
Interface with product management on platform security requirements. Manage weekly executive engineering program reviews, focusing on Agile sprints - security EPICs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in FedRAMP planning, tracking, and execution. Leveraging Agile best practices, sprint planning and execution
- Scripting and development for data extraction and reporting on engineering and program management activities
- Manages complex data and analyses to develop insights and make recommendations.
- Defines the metrics required to measure program performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Works with cross-functional teams across the entire span of program management activities.
- Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
- Works closely with leaders to drive program management initiatives.
- Develops point of view documents on projects.
- Collaborates with the program management team to develop insights and recommendations.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $95,100.00 - $218,700.00
