FedEx Ground has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in Savannah, GA.  Our delivery drivers operate step vans in mostly residential areas within Bluffton, SC.  You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 595 Northport Parkway, Port Wentworth, GA 31407.  We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team!  If you are seeking an employer that will treat you with respect, offer competitive pay, and encourage growth and development, FedEx is the right choice for you!

No CDL required!  Company vehicle provided!  Candidates with previous experience driving for Amazon, UPS, and DHLs are a good fit for this position!  Military veterans are welcome!

Pay:  $700-$1000/week (after successful completion of training)

Schedule:  FULL TIME - Monday-Saturday | 7:30 AM - route completion

PART TIME:  Saturdays required | minimum of 2 days

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
• Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
• Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
• Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
• Scanning and logging packages

Requirements:

• Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check
• Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs
• Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)
• Drivers must live within 45 minutes of the terminal.
