Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Federal Workday HCM FDM Lead.
Responsibilities include:
- Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Lead workshops for client education
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Support the HCM Lead in architecting Workday Financials solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Act as the Foundation Data Model Consultant for HCM implementations
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Here's what you need:
- Workday Financials Partner Certification
- 3 years of consulting experience
- 2 years hands-on Workday Financials experience
- 1 Full lifecycle Workday Financials Implementation
- Experience managing teams
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be a US Citizen
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
- California: $122,600 - $234,900
- Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700
- New York: $97,300 - $196,500
- Washington: $112,100 - $180,700
