We are seeking a dynamic, talented, and experienced Permanent Federal Program Manager to join our innovative technology team. This crucial role requires an individual with top-secret security clearance and full scope polygraph (TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing federal programs, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget. The role involves making strategic decisions, managing risks, and ensuring the successful execution of the program's objectives. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage federal programs, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timelines and budget.
2. Develop and maintain program schedules, plans, and budgets, and report on progress and challenges.
3. Coordinate and work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient execution of the program.
4. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
5. Utilize ITIL, PMP, and change management methodologies to enhance program execution.
6. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of networking and operating systems.
7. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
8. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
9. Foster positive relationships with federal agencies, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management in the technology industry.
2. Hold a Top Secret Security Clearance and Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph).
3. Professional certifications in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are required.
4. Proven experience in managing large-scale federal programs.
5. Solid knowledge of networking and operating systems.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
8. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and techniques.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with federal agencies and stakeholders.
