Job Overview:
Kroeschell Facility Services is seeking an experienced Federal Contracts Program Manager to lead our federal contracting initiatives. This critical role involves overseeing federal contracting activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing proposal development, and ensuring compliance with all federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting, facility management, and business development. Additionally, the Program Manager will provide remote oversight for facility management contracts across the United States, ensuring performance and compliance.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify federal contracting opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to acquire new federal contracts and strengthen relationships with government agencies.
- Proposal Management: Create and manage proposals that meet federal requirements and align with company standards.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures in all contracting activities. Maintain current SAM and GSA registrations and reporting.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, prime contractors, and industry partners.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on business development activities, contract status, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events to stay informed on trends and expand professional networks.
- Remote Oversight: Monitor facility management contracts remotely, ensuring compliance and performance across multiple sites.
- Small Business Partnerships: Collaborate with small businesses to enhance growth opportunities and meet subcontracting goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting and facility management.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient contract management and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical writing experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience with strategic planning and proposal development.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check and qualify to access Federal installations.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods as required by the job.
