The FEA Engineer would be on 1 of 3 teams depending on which one is the better fit. Each team has about 6-10 members.
This engineer can come from many different types of backgrounds whether it be analysis, structural, aerospace, mechanical and so on.

Job Details
The FEA Engineer would be on 1 of 3 teams depending on which one is the better fit. Each team has about 6-10 members.
This engineer can come from many different types of backgrounds whether it be analysis, structural, aerospace, mechanical and so on.
The most important needs are that you have:
- Strong FEA experience / have been in an engineering role where 50-75%+ of your responsibility was FEA
- 8+ years (flexible) of experience as an Engineer
- Customer facing experience
- Experience working with and collaborating with other engineers
- Fun outgoing personality / want to be apart of a unique and strong culture
An example of the work:
- We aren't doing as much design work for our customers. We perform the analysis work for customers who use our software. In addition, we help our customers who don't use our software as well. If they have an engineering problem, we can solve it for them.
- We take a structural / physics related perspective to our work.
- Recent example: A company who hired us needed to complete stress analysis of a pump assembly that would be installed in a water treatment facility and it has to withstand a certain magnitude. The client tried it themselves and weren't finding success so they hired us to see if the design was good enough.
- Sometimes we have clients who come to us if something is broken and they need to know why its not working.
