Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Engineer 5 - Johnson Service Group

Fatigue and Damage tolerance experience required on primary and secondary airframe metallic structure

Strong background in:

• Classic Stress Analysis

• Splice Analysis

• Fatigue Spectrum Development/Generation

• Kt evaluation

• Fatigue Analysis

• Damage Tolerance Analysis

Experience with SmarTeam & Catia V5 to support stress analysis and drawing release.
Ability to write and review technical documents and reports.
Experience with GAC F&DT methods and tools is preferred. Experience with Patran/Nastran, Abaqus, StressCheck is preferred.
Experience with VBA & Python is preferred.
Testing experience including correlation of test results to analysis, determining root cause of any failures, and identifying required corrective action, is preferred.
