Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Stylist to join our e-commerce photography studio team. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating visually compelling imagery that highlights our extensive range of womenswear across multiple brands such as CeCe, Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, 1.State, and Parker while adhering to our brand's aesthetic and identity.
Responsibilities:
- Style e-commerce, editorial, and still life content with a keen eye for color, texture, lighting, composition and shape, developing elevated imagery while meeting high productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Provide on-set direction to ensure garments are presented in the best possible way, troubleshooting fit or appearance issues as needed.
- Partner with brands to create, implement, and maintain comprehensive style guides that align with their vision and identity.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends to provide fresh, innovative styling ideas. Work with studio manager and brands to regularly update the studio closet.
- Ensure all styling items are properly cared for and returned to inventory or clients in good condition. Maintain and organize styling inventory, including clothing racks, accessories, and tools.
- Oversee and mentor styling assistant, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow during shoots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of on-figure e-commerce or commercial styling
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume studio
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
- This role requires full-time, in-person availability, five days per week at our Garment District studio location.
The salary range for this full-time, permanent role is dependent upon experience between $67,000-$80,000.
