- You will oversee family therapy, education, and support group for clients and their families in programming.
- You will participate in and support experiential activities with clients like hiking, yoga, gardening, and more.
- You will work collaboratively with the medical and clinical teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for all clients.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field).
Training & Experience:
- Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Maryland(LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional Licensed will also be considered (LGPC,LSW,LGMFT).
- Previous experience with treating mental health conditions is required.
- Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.

- We offer a competitive annual salary range of $78,000 - $93,500 (based on License and Experience).
