We are a community mental health clinic located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide the highest quality mental health services tailored to the needs of each client. We are seeking a community-based family therapist who can play a crucial role in upholding our clinic’s standards and those of the Massachusetts Community Behavioral Health Initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed psychotherapy services to a caseload of clients and their families dealing with mental and behavioral disorders.
As a member of our Outpatient or CBHI department, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with Community-Based and Outpatient Services Providers. You will report directly to our Program Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.
What You Will Do:
- Collect information from people through observation, interviews, or surveys.
- Counsel clients on mental health or personal achievement.
- Diagnose psychological disorders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
- Collaborate with collateral providers and community resources ensure client satisfaction.
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients or about client's safety
- Provide case management and support to client and team members as needed
- Attend all company trainings and commit to continuing education opportunities in the field of beahvioroal Health
What You Will Bring:
