As an Occupational Medicine Provider, you will conduct physical exams, manage industrial injuries, and address medical conditions related to workplace exposures.

Required Qualifications:

• NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
• Current DEA license for controlled substances
• Current AZ license or eligibility
• ACLS/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Medicine experience
• Certification for NRCME (DOT) driver exams required within 6 months
• Ability to read EKGs and perform stress tests is a plus
• Per Diem (not 1099 eligible)
