Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Royal Oak Health Group

A healthcare employer in Phoenix, AZ is seeking to hire a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a family practice or internal medicine clinic.

Essential Functions:

• Provide care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct assessments, develop diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical exams, and offer patient counseling/education
• Order and interpret tests, treatments, and exams
• Manage prescriptions and provide advice on chronic pain and general health

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate from an accredited NP program and pass a board-approved certifying exam
• Must hold a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
