Family Physician | Fast Growing Clinic in Charlotte, NC - Novant Health

Novant Health is looking for a compassionate, caring, board certified / board eligible Family Physician to join our Ballantyne Family and Sports Medicine practice in Charlotte, NC. This office is located close to our brand new Ballantyne Medical Center in the highly desirable Ballantyne community of Charlotte. This individual will be the third member of our team at this location which is open Monday - Friday from 8:00-5:00.

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• Completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship required (for those that intend to practice Sports Medicine and Family Medicine)
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
