Job Details
What is the ideal background?
- The ideal candidate will have a passion to take care of patients in a primary care setting. We will consider new grad candidates.
- We have another position currently open that is somewhat heavy with psych patients but we are not managing their mental health – it is a comanaged population with a local Mental Health Center.
What is the patient population?
- Our patient population is from newborn to elderly from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
- We deal with many immigrant patients
What are the responsibilities?
- Primary care to a panel of patients either taking over someone who has left or with a new panel
What is the schedule?
- We are flexible offering either 4 or 5 shifts a week
- We prefer our APPs work 32 clinical hours and 8 admin.
What is a typical day like?
- An Advanced Practice Providers schedule will be a mix of wellness, acute care and chronic disease management.

- This is a great place for a provider to get exposed to the full range that family practice allows along with being able to manage their own panel of patients.
