Job Details
Family Nurse Practitioner:
- Outpatient Clinic
- Monday – Friday DAY Shift (NO Overnights, NO Holidays, NO Call)
- Work/Life Balance
- The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for appropriate assessments and evaluations of patients, prescribing medication, counseling patients as well as detect and diagnose adverse drug reactions
- Maintains and evaluates medical charts to determine appropriate patient care follow up and education regarding acute and chronic illnesses
- Accurately and completely charts information regarding patient interactions in to the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Experience treating the full lifespan (0-100+)
- Active DEA
- AZ License or eligible for licensure
