● Monday-Friday from 8a-5p or 4x 10-hour shifts. On-call 1:9.

  • Allscripts Enterprise EHR
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • NextGen Ambulatory EHR

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Washington (WA)
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Washington (WA)
