Registered Nurse – Primary Care at Mitchell Martin

A community health center in NJ is looking to add a Registered Nurse to their team to provide comprehensive services at their Jersey City location.
They provide outpatient services for Obstetrics, Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Dental Health.

Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Days
Location: New Jersey, NJ, 07302

Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered education and treatment.
Triage walk-in patients and manage with patient flow.
Direct Medical Assistants on patient care.
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, vital signs, and symptoms.
Perform health screenings and assist with chronic disease management.
Provide vaccinations and immunizations.
Assist physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintaining accurate patient records.

Job Qualifications:
Must have an active Registered Nurse license in the state of NJ.
One year of Registered Nurse experience required.
Primary Care, Outpatient, Family Medicine, Clinic, or Urgent Care experience is required.
