Job Summary
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, addressing healthcare needs holistically. Collaborate with experienced professionals and utilize advanced technology to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Patient Care:

• Provide comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Conduct medical histories, exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including referrals as needed.
• Build strong patient relationships and empower informed healthcare decisions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with nurses, medical assistants, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with documentation standards.
• Use EMR systems for patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes.

Professional Development:

• Stay current on family medicine advancements through CME activities.
• Engage in professional organizations to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
Education and Licensure:

• Medical degree and completion of accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one.
