Our beautiful Whitefish Bay clinic is just a short walk from Lake Michigan where great parks await. This primary care site is looking for a family medicine physician to join their collaborative team to support a well-rounded and diverse patient panel.

Position highlights
- This position is available due to a physician retirement, offering the unique opportunity to inherit an established patient panel while also growing your own practice.
- Join a collaborative team of four Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Professional (APP), two Obstetricians, two Pediatricians, and a Neurologist in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Enjoy a four-day workweek with 36 patient contact hours for full-time status, providing a balance of clinical care and personal time.
- Call is shared in a 1:14 rotation, covering one week at a time with minimal overnight interruptions.
- Treat a diverse and engaged patient population, with a broad mix of ages, backgrounds, and payer types, in a setting that encourages strong physician-patient relationships.
- Benefit from built-in collaboration with on-site OB and Pediatrics providers, allowing you to develop a well-rounded Family Medicine practice.

- Two year income guarantee from $305,647 to $305,647 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000

- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
