Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at St. Luke's South Shore in Cudahy, WI.
Position highlights
- Opportunity is available due to a retirement, meaning you will have the unique advantage of inheriting part of an established patient panel, while also growing your own practice.
- Work alongside four experienced Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Professional (APP), and three Internal Medicine physicians.
- Enjoy a 4 or 4.5 day work week (Minimum .9 FTE, with administrative tasks still managed on your off day)
- Clinic hours run Monday–Thursday (7:30 AM–6 PM) and Friday (7 AM–4 PM).
- You’ll have access to specialists right on the hospital campus, including Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Infectious Disease, and Diabetes Education. Plus, with an ACL lab, imaging, and referral coordinators on-site, you can seamlessly provide the best care for your patients.
- Each physician has dedicated exam rooms, a personal office, and access to a procedure room and A1C testing for comprehensive patient care.
- Benefit from a dedicated MA, three RNs (two handling triage, one focusing on Medicare Wellness Visits), and a collaborative APP managing their own patient panel.

- Two year income guarantee from $305,647 to $305,647 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000.
