Seeking full-time board certified/board eligible outpatient family medicine/internal medicine physician (MD/DO) for busy Porter Medical Center-managed outpatient practice located in Middlebury, Vermont.

• Full-time physician with strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
• Innovative primary care, office currently working on redesigning the care delivery model to better align with Value Based Care as well as a renewed focus on  Population Health and Whole Person Care
• Strong, experienced ancillary staff.
• Busy family practice located in Middlebury, Vermont, serving all age groups.
• EMR: Epic for outpatient/Meditech inpatient (will be transitioning to Epic for inpatient Nov 2021).
• Practice is highly respected.
• UVM Health Network Affiliated Practice with opportunity for physician to be involved in education.
