Position Highlights:

• Opportunity to join an established family medicine practice in Woodridge, IL. 
• Great location - adding due to growth
• Outpatient only
• Rotating call schedule
• Part time (0.75 FTE)
• One Saturday AM per month
• EMR: EPIC

What you will need:

• Experience in Family Medicine Required (3 or more years)
• NPs: State of Illinois RN license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license 
• PAs:  Current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
• Current CPR certification
