Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies, interpret laws, and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation sessions, advocating for their rights and interests.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining a focus on the best interests of the family and any children involved.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, including opposing counsel, judges, and court personnel, to resolve disputes and facilitate legal processes.
