Job Details
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, and property division
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and care
- Provide compassionate and pragmatic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex and emotionally challenging situations
- Collaborate with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client service
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia and/or Maryland, with a good standing in the state bar
- Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and deliver successful outcomes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Empathy and professionalism in dealing with clients facing difficult personal circumstances
