• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience practicing family law
• Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures
• Experience in Dissolution of Marriage, Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support Agreement & Modifications, Maintenance calculations, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection
• Knowledge of and experience in litigation, comfortable appearing in court in-person and remotely
• Handle a caseload of family law matters
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

 Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 to $125,000- contingent on experience
