Position Overview
Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney passionate about guiding clients through complex family law matters? We offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and balanced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on family law matters, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and child custody.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, agreements, wills, and court filings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-founded legal opinions.
- Represent clients in court, advocating on their behalf with professionalism and expertise.
- Negotiate settlements, ensuring fair and favorable outcomes for clients.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law, criminal law, or prosecuting.
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws related to family law.
- Active professional license to practice law in Washington
