Family Law Attorney - CyberCoders

Our firm is committed to delivering the highest quality legal services to our clients. We provide comprehensive training on a wide range of family law skills, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing for trial, and working closely with clients to develop tailored case strategies. We are seeking a talented Family Law Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment and values mentorship and feedback from experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research on various family law issues
• Drafting and preparing legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests, etc.)
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and overall case management
• Client communication to ensure timely updates and strategy discussions
• Organizing case files and maintaining documentation per firm protocols
• Professional communication with court staff, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Representing clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
• At least 5 years of experience as a Family Law Associate
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and local court rules
• Litigation experience and a proven ability to represent clients in the courtroom
