Job Details
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Family Law Attorney to join our family law department.
We are a well-established firm with a commitment to providing exceptional legal services and customer services to our clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop legal strategies, and represent their interests in court.
Responsibilities include:
Represent clients in all stages of family law cases, including divorce, paternity, and adoption.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Prepare and review legal documents.
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.’
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
The ideal candidate must have at least five years of family law experience, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently are required.
A candidate must also be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
