Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, marital property division, and post-judgment modifications.
- Represent high net worth clients with complex financial matters.
- Develop and implement family law strategies that meet the client's goals and objectives.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and depositions.
- Negotiate settlements in a timely manner.
Job Details
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, specifically representing high net worth clients.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience in family law trials.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong legal research and writing skills
