Family Law Attorney (Counsel or Partner Level) - CBOHN

Our firm is seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in either our New York or Hackensack office. We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in representing clients in NY and NJ on a diverse range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody disputes, spousal and child support, and marital property issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy family law caseload.
• Prepare and draft various legal documents including discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Attend mediations, hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years of experience practicing family law,
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Prefer candidates with 1^st chair trial experience .
• Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey
• Have a small book of business, while also managing our active family law matters
