What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in corporate and securities law.
• Expertise: Extensive experience in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and related litigation.
• Bar Admission: Admitted, in good standing, to the Florida Bar.

What You Bring:

• Strong background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and finance-related legal issues.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
• Exceptional client relationship and business development skills.
• Effective litigation experience in corporate disputes, if required.
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
