We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a strong commitment to advocating for clients during challenging times. This position requires an understanding of legal principles and the ability to provide sound legal advice related to family law matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support disputes
- Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges and magistrates
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in family law, including divorce and custody matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation
- Competitive Compensation ($70k - $120k)
